Advanced HubSpot experience (certified HubSpot admin preferred).

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as Systems Administrator, Tools Administrator, CRM Administrator, HubSpot Administrator, Tools Developer, Lead or Manager.

You will aid in the evaluation and selection of any new tools. You will also create essential reporting and support documentation.

You will partner cross-functionally with all teams at The MLC to understand their tooling needs, advise on best practices for use of tools, ensure proper adoption of tools, and act as the main point of contact for any recurring needs. In this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, training, and maintenance of team member tools including, but not limited to, HubSpot, Twilio Flex, Qualtrics, Asana, Miro, Greenhouse, etc. On our team, you are respected, valued for your unique strengths and experiences, and empowered to identify and resolve your own challenges.
